Well, it's been over a freakin' year, but I am finally stitching again. Here's my current WIP:

It's been W A Y too long since I posted here....and way too long since I've stitched. I got back into it with a small project, but I have plans for more!

Something Little and Something New

I finished up two small Mill Hill Bead kits before I go back to my grandson's stocking:

And I have embarked a new-to-me project, beaded book thongs:

The book thongs are easy and quick to make, so they are a good balance to the large project of the stocking. Coloring with thread...and with beads. 

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree

I needed a quick little project to do to break up the task of the stocking, so I did this little guy:

This may well wind up decorating a wrapped package next Christmas. Now it's back to the stocking project and to a long-overlooked aspen tree Mill Hill piece.
